Eight individuals recently honored by the Partnership for Public Service as Service to America 2011 winners were asked to share their thoughts on leadership with the Washington Post. Collectively, they agree that leadership has a lot to do with creating an environment that will help people be successful by encouraging them to develop their skills and work together towards he common good.
